📦 Processing Time

All orders from mainland UK are delivered within 2-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2-4

Express Shipping: 1-2

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

📧 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

 

🚫 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 5-6 after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@stepprs.uk.

Damaged Orders: If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
